Unfortunately, half of the ice cream options were completely empty, including the flavor I came for, and my backup choices were gone too. On the donut side, the selection was just as disappointing—almost everything was sold out. Both the ice cream and donut offerings were severely limited. The only saving grace was the friendly and professional staff.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
