  I found the bagels to be excellent, the staff to be friendly (one was being trained) and the place was clean. I love supporting local businesses that are non franchised. They did not disappoint.

  Tl;DR - Always order ahead - be proactive with these teens! I place an order here every week for $36 for three bagel sandwiches on my way home from the gym for our family. The food is delicious and the bagels are always tasty. However, every week no one greets me. No one moves with any urgency and yet there are six people behind the counter. Today pushed it over the edge for me and now you’re getting a review. I walked in at 10:04 having already placed an order at 9:50. No one greets me. I walk up to the counter. “I have a takeout order for Ashley.” The girl looks around mind you there are three takeout bags on the counter that I can’t see the names. She says, “we’ll need a few more minutes.” OK no problem. I sit down and wait. No one addresses me. No one looks to be working urgently. At 10:13, I’ve had enough. I walk over to the counter lean over, look at the bags, have to get someone’s attention and ask, “you still don’t have that order for Ashley?” At this point she looks at the bags and says oh it was right here! 🤬So now I probably have cold bagel sandwiches. The worst part is I watched an older gentleman leave because no one greeted him or offered to take his order. The owner/manger is there too and not even bothering to get these kids to move faster or teach life skills around customer service. Your taste might have gotten you where you are but your service is going to ruin your business!

  This place is so good 👍 if you looking to eat well toasted- tasty delicious bagels. Ordered everything bagel- loved it the cream cheese was spread well n full. Coffee n chai latte well made n hot. My place to go back when I'm craving a good bagel breakfast or lunch in ballantyne. Staff awesome! Thank you.

  Went today for the first time and will never be back. Zero communication with either staff present this morning. I guess Im supposed to figure out the ordering process alone like the officer had to before me. They both just looked at me standing there. Learn “service”.

  The wife and I are both Gluten Free so we’re always on the lookout. By far the best GF Bagels we’ve ever had! Also worth mentioning…we walked in there a few minutes after closing time (unaware) and the owner happily took care of us and made us feel welcomed and not rushed. We live about 15/20 minutes away but we’re customers for life now.
