  I lived in New Jersey for several years and there was a local bagel shop I missed so much after I moved away. I’m so glad that I found authentic NY/NJ bagels here in Charlotte. It was a rainy morning when I decided to give Bagel Bros a try and their food made my day!

  I was skeptical about placing my order through the doordash app for this restaurant because I have never tried bagel boys food. I took a chance to place the order because they had a great deal however upon arriving I was not greeted by the lady cashier she just stared at me blandly until I greeted her and showed her my phone that has the order number. It was only the cook that made me feel welcome when he brought my order to me. As I've said before and I've learned from years of working in customer service, if people do not welcome you into their establishment; you should take your money elsewhere because apparently they don't value and respect you as a customer! All the more, I did enjoy the OG Nick with the Home Fries! Because of tasty food, I would have rated them a solid 5 if the atmosphere would have been more welcoming!!

  Inconsistent food preparation, value, and quality. On our first visit, our bagels were unbelievably fresh and delicious. We ordered six various breakfast sandwiches on bagels, but everyone’s favorite was the simple: toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese. It was toasted to perfection and LOADED with cream cheese. So, I went back this morning and ordered five toasted bagels with cream cheese. Three were so over-toasted that they were almost black. All the seeds atop the everything bagels WERE black. There was nothing soft or chewy about them. The other two were over toasted, but not as bad as the other three. They each contained what I would consider the “bare minimum” amount of cream cheese. Nothing like our first visit. At $5/bagel plus tax and tip, I expect much, much better.

  Only place open today due to the snow and just awesome and wholesome guys all around. Father and son working and getting after it!!!
