We just arrived from Colorado and need to get to my son’s house, we ran in the restaurant real quick and one of the employees was mopping the hallway by the bathroom. She eventually said, I’ll be with you in a minute. I asked her if she was close to being done, she said in a minute. No other staff was present behind the counter. I joked with her and said I would mop the floor if she would take my order. She kept mopping the hallway.
Another employee came around the corner and took our order. The lady mopping did not wash her hands but went to the fry station area and got our fries. We were grossed out and didn’t eat the fries, the guy put gloves on while we prepared our sandwich’s.
I normally like Arby’s but this was unacceptable in many ways.
Our bill was $20.76
Maybe you can correct the behavior of this female employee.

Tre and his his crew who were working Wed Evening at 5:30 on 2-25-2026 may have the CLEANEST & FASTEST Arbys I ever been to hands down! Stopped in after work and this place was SPOTLESS the whole Restaurant not just where you order. Who ever is over these guys needs to knkw they are killing it ! Clean store fast friendly service and my sandwich was fresh hot and perfect. Thanks !

Asked for no tomato in the sandwhich and crinkle fries. Got a sandwhich with tomato and curly fries. These guys suck.

Went in about 7:45 to make a to go order and no one was at front counter so I yelled to the back and asked was the front counter open and the drive thru worker said he couldn’t take my order because it wasn’t his register. So I waited a few minutes and no one bothered to come up. So I asked the drive thru worker could he take my order on drive register and he mumbled something and kept doing whatever he was doing. The customer service at this location is terrible and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it but it’s definitely the last. Damn shame I couldn’t even get a sandwich made They should just close this location if they can’t get the workers to work.
