At our 1pm delivery time, I called to check on the order and was told they weren’t sure it existed even though I called the day before and also received a confirmation email. They then informed me that the order from their online ordering site somehow didn't come through on their end. Someone came back to the phone to say they are just starting to prepare it and it would be ready 20 minutes late.Not only did the food not arrive, but we had to go pick it up ourselves. We ordered meat baked ziti and paid for it, but what we received had no meat whatsoever and wasn’t fully baked….just ricotta, sauce, and noodles. We were also told we’d be refunded the delivery tip, and that never happened. For such a large order, the lack of care, communication, and accuracy was extremely disappointing. This was my second time supporting this business, and unfortunately it will be my last. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. Awful experience.

I got pepperoni and I must say it was really good. I like the crust too. I definitely go again. After leaving a glowing review last week, I try to go today and the door is locked. If you call the mailbox is full. Hard to like a restaurant that is unreliable. Amending my star review
