When I told her at the end of my purchase that I wanted to add my phone number, she responded with a rude attitude, saying she didn’t understand why customers don’t do that at the beginning. I still said “sorry,” but when I tried to enter my phone number, the machine wouldn’t let me. I asked her for help and she made me feel stupid. Her customer service was horrible, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. No customer should be treated that way. This happened on November 16 at 2:56 PM.
