While using self-checkout, a reward was automatically applied, so I asked staff to void the transaction and explained the situation clearly. One associate was extremely impatient, dismissive, and openly said she just wanted to go home and did not care about my issue. After I spent time explaining everything and asking for help, I was made to feel suspected of theft when she said she needed to check CCTV. This was humiliating and unprofessional. I have always liked shopping at Food Lion, but this experience was very upsetting.
