I was waiting at Customer Service and the young black African-American female told me Customer Service was closed. I said OK fine where is your manager? I asked her and her manager was on the cash register helping another customer. The customer service manager name is Dodie a Caucasian white female she came over there very unprofessional and disrespectful telling me to calm down I said what do I need to calm down for? I’m asking you to run my lottery numbers. I was not disrespectful to her, and Patiently waited for her like she told me which is in video surveillance. I was very professional and she should be Disciplined because it looked like she was short staffed and I don’t appreciate her telling me to calm down when I’m talking To her in a professional manner, and she’s trying to tell me I’m yelling but I’m talking. So everything‘s on video surveillance, and I have my personal video on my cell phone, and this happened about 3:46 PM. I will not shop at the store again especially with Dodi there. Thank you!
