  Clean store, friendly staff and stocked shelves... This Food Lion has everything I need when I go which is probably 3/4 times a week, don't judge I have two teenage boys! LoL

  grocery stores are way too expensive nowadays. i shop at costco and dollar general now.

  I shop at this food lion a lot and I don’t know what I do that makes them think i’m gonna steal because I never have and I never bring a bag or anything, but several times I have felt like a criminal here. Once a man came up to me while I was doing a self check out and started checking my bags. one time they said I didn’t scan something when it was RIGHT THERE on the screen. Sometimes they’ll come and just stand next to the self checkout i’m using. Now, I don’t know if there’s a loss prevention employee or if I keep running into the same clueless customer, but there’s a man that I see quite often who’s always just looking at stuff in the aisle I am in, or he’ll be at the checkout next to me taking AGES to scan two little things. and i’m pretty sure it’s the same man, but sometimes i’ll sit outside the store to see if he ever even comes out and he doesn’t lol. It’s quite annoying to feel like i’m being seen as a criminal! I try to avoid shopping here but unfortunately It’s on my way home, so I just keep the trips short and quick. I just wanna shop in peace without feeling like i’m doing something wrong or being watched every second.
