  The customer service is always empty every time I come there! The lottery kiosk is always out of order, which causes problems for me to get lottery tickets, which I wait in line or wait for someone to come out! They seriously need to fix this!

  This place w does not care about customer service. I am a simple insta cart delivery driver. Just started a few weeks ago. I park and went inside the store (due to my ignorance and not knowing to drive on the pickup lane, I thought that was for food Lion online) when I make my way into the room where that keep the orders. It was a room with no doors and I saw a cooler saying insta cart orders. So I walked towards the cooler only to try and find someone for help, i had question about the pick up. I see to employees acting like they got catch doing something they shouldn't. I say "I have a question about picking up my order" at this point the employee in uniform yelled at me " no no no you need to get out of here" moving her head and hands like Sheneneh from Marin. I let her know she can calm her self that I am just asking what I am supposed to do. She continues to tell me that no I have to leave. So I go find a manager. She follows me, no I have an agree employee trying to argue with me. I tell another employee (he looked like he might be on charge, he was telling others to do stuff. So i tell him I need to complain about her and how do I pick up my food. The ealier employee starts yelling out right in the front of the store " I didn't do any of that". I was just like can I please know how to pick up my food. A lady finally tells me that I need to drive thru the drive thru. I then do so. After u get my food the lady tells me "sorry about your wait" I dont give damn about the time, I care that THIS food Lion doesn't care about customer service. Never coming here again. Unless I wanna get assaulted of course. Oh yeah I called to complain and no one ever answered 21 min of ring ring ring

  I’ve been coming to this Food Lion since they open and I must say I’ve seen a lot of employees come and go. The front end is getting worse and worse needs better management for the registers and Cashiers with better Attitudes. Just a few weeks ago, I had an issue with one of the cashiers literally throwing my food in the bag for whatever reason. Now tonight after waiting in a line for 30 minutes, the cashier decides she doesn’t want to take anymore(I was in the line before she cut the light off) In which the front end manager with the red braids sided with her. I have witnessed countless of time the same manager being disrespectful not only to customers but also to the employees.
