    At first, I enjoyed the convenience of using the pick up tool to order my groceries and it worked well but as of lately, the last two times I’ve ordered they have made mistakes like scanning stuff into my order, but not actually putting it into the bag or giving it to me. I’m not sure what happened. I had to go in the store and shop my items over again. The last time they completely forgot a whole bag and I had to go in and shop my items again. The whole point of pick up is get in and out. If I had not checked over my order before pulling off, I would have gotten home and missed a whole bag of items. I feel like a quality check should be done twice before handing out a order.

    Very clean and well stocked. Items are only missing when major deals are going on. Only reason this isnt 5 stars is because in-store sale lables can be incconsistent with whats listed online, or straight up missing. Also because folks stocking the meat isle need to move their damn carts to the side while stocking. Can't tell you how many times that whole section is blocked cuz they've got a dolly just sitting on the path. Sometimes on both sides!

    I had issues with two items not scanning at sale price, only to realize the sticker advertisements posted were for a sale that ended on 10/29. Today is 11/13 - the sale stickers ended 2 weeks ago. I also had an issue with a discounted meat product not scanning at the discount rate barcode. The register did not update the price at check out. I wasn't sure if this was because the system couldn't recognize my phone number, so I entered 3 separate phone numbers. I don't think this is acceptable and it felt very deceptive and was a reflection of poor management.
