  This is the worst Einstein I have been to. Just a really unpleasant experience from start to finish. The coffee was almost transparent and the bagels were closer to a roll than a bagel texture. I could go on but what’s the point. Just find another place for bagels and coffee

  Every time we make an order they dont have bagels. Damn order or bake more. New counter person is rude.

  This location is constantly out of bagels and unfortunately this has happened to me multiple times already. I ordered Maple House and Texas Brisket for pickup. When I got there, they didn’t have the right bagel for Maple House and told me to swap just the bagel, so I ended up with a cheese bagel on a sweet sandwich. Doesnt make sense right? Then, after more waiting, they said I had to change the bagel for the Texas Brisket too. Wow, at that point I just asked for a refund. Total waste of time. If you don’t want to show up and leave empty-handed just to get your money back, don’t order at least from this location. GL upd: I came with a friend of mine on April 25 and had exactly the same problem. They didn’t have bagels as before. This place is dead to me now. My friend gonna leave bad review. They sell bagels and always out of bagels. Cringe.

  I used to go to south Blvd location. Loved the eagles there. This store Parking lot could be little bigger. The people inside this shop working hard and providing fast service. The gentleman in this store calling out names real loud when food is ready. This is a small store and in my opinion he doesn't need to shout.

  I have been reading a lot of negative reviews. I only have good things to say. I live right around the corner from this location. I've been a few times and the times I've been is the hours b/w 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. I was greeted and my order was taken through the drive -thru quickly and gotten my food fast. It seems like the same gentleman has been in the Drive-thru each time I've gone, he's always very nice. I was very happy with my meal except the coke was flat. I didn't drink it until I got to work and I work in Waxhaw so I couldn't let them know. Otherwise I will be visiting again.
