- DKDale KratovilFeb 28, 20261.0Update: well on the return trip I stopped again for breakfast. Ordered BEC bagel and coffee. They forgot my coffee so I had to flag someone down. Just got it with cream so I don’t have to get another bad one full of sugar. The bagel was hard and stale. My jaw hurt after eating it because it was so hard. You pay twice as much for the food and drinks and it all sucks. What a shame. Oh, and the attitude continues. Nothing said no eye contact no apology no nothing. Miserable people here. No food items available at this time. The lady at counter doesn’t explain this. When I ordered a sandwich she just nods her head and says nope!! I said well that’s professional!! Miserable people shouldn’t work with the public. My coffee was also full of sugar. 2 sips and went into the trash. What a shame.

It is toasted bread with 2 tiny slices of American cheese. This is not a grilled cheese sandwich. You can not charge Dunkin menu prices then not serve the items as depicted in the menu photo and description. Staff were friendly and polite but I would not order food here other than a donut
