  Hello, I love this Dunkin’ Donuts, I rarely get to visit this one but anytime I come with a friend I just rave about the GM I met a while back. I’ve been here just a handful of times but Everytime she is this sweet, bubbly, lady, she has short hair and I hate I can’t remember her name! Well, I convinced my buddy to let us get breakfast here which was a little out of our way for our trip. I did not see my lovely friend with the short hair but that’s okay. My buddy, who needed the restroom, gave me some cash, and I bought two items some with his cash and the rest on my card. The lady at the register was so super nice when my buddy came out of the restaurant and teased me about me buying him a donut. So I bought him a donut. Well, he was eager to get back to his truck and I asked him if he had a few bucks cash to put towards tip bc I’d just realized I’d spent all of my paper money and would have to ask them to charge my card for a few cents to tip. He ran out though. While I waited for our hot food, I remembered I had at least 4 dollars in quarters in my coin purse so I started looking for them. I dropped one in the tip jar and heard someone yelling, I dropped another and heard someone yelling but I didn’t think it had anything to do with me, then I hear, “I don’t like the clickity clacks!!!!” I look up and see this other lady further behind the counter is looking at ME. I didn’t understand and asked her if she’s speaking to me and what does she mean?? She again says “I DON’T LIKE THE CLICKITY CLACKS”. I realized she was saying she did not want my tip if it was not a paper bill. I had not even had any interaction with this person, I mostly wanted my $4 in quarters to go to the sweet gal on the register. I just stopped putting money in after she yelled, I didn’t understand what she wanted me to do. So I sat in the booth and waited. I felt scolded and embarrassed, some other customers were looking at me and that made me uncomfortable. I could not believe it. One of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had, ever. Not rudest of Dunkin’ Donuts but rudest of all time.

  Corey is truly one of the nicest employees I have come across in a long time. My order is always perfect, and he’s always smiling and honestly makes my day. 10/10 thank you Dunkin’ and Corey!

  best dunkin in charlotte, the employees are very nice and the food is cooked well consistently.

  I'm going to assume the young lady in the Royal blue DD polo shirt is manger at this location...SMH,your approach and delivery when speaking to customers who come in this particular location,and spends their hard earn money needs improvement.seriously,you are to grown of a woman to come off so childish.nothing is cool or funny about how you come off to people,God forbid someone comes in this location and match or over match the energy you give off.stay blessed and not stress.
