- GBGina BedfordApr 19, 20263.0I keep trying to give DD a chance. Thid morning at the Charlotte (Sharon Rd) location was ok, not great. They didn't give me my whole order together and forgot two of my items. The sandwiches were good but the hashbrowns were burnt and mushy.

We placed a huge order for 5 and the server at the drive through was inconsiderate about how my friend was struggling to take it in and we ended up spilling our drinks passing it around because of that 3. She was not friendly when my friend said her name (we are brown) and when she didn’t understand it she responded very rudely Won’t recommend

So I pulled off, and as I passed by the service window, the employee's proceeded to through up hand gestures towards me and my daughter(10). So we left and went to a Dunkin down the road. This place needs to seriously get their act together and get rid of the "children" they have working for them. This was our first time there by the way.

I don't believe the use of the n-word is appropriate in the workplace, ESPECIALLY if you can't say it at all. That's ridiculous. On top of the blatant racism, my coffee tasted like cleaning product, the sugar and syrup all settled at the bottom. Do better.
