  They do not try to accommodate anyone that has a gluten allergy. So, if you have a gluten allergy do not eat there.

  When it takes longer than an hour-and-a-half for a 2-topping medium pizza to arrive, hard to give 5 stars. I saw the driver pull into a parking space in front of my building, sit in their car, then leave. NEVER ACTUALLY DELIVERED MY ORDER. I called the store, they told me the driver left with the wrong order. DON'T YOU THINK THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE CHECKED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE? They then tell me the driver just walked out the door to deliver my correct order. 15 MINUTES LATER, STILL NO DELIVERY. How is that for a Dominos 5 MINUTES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME? I called this Dominos location to tell them to cancel the order and refund me. THEY REFUSED, saying they'll have the manager call me tomorrow. Hell no, you can refund my money now and I'll never waste my time ordering from Dominos ever again. Submitted a complaint via Dominos' website. Don't waste your money or time on this place.

  Fast service & the drivers have always been very polite & respectful. Have also visited the store for take out & again, never had bad service. A+++

  I had the most frustrating pizza pickup experience I've ever encountered. Ordered through the Domino's app, arrived when it said my order was ready, and what should have been a simple pickup turned into a 45-minute nightmare. What happened: Gave my name - no order found No order number showing in the app, so they couldn't look it up They insisted my order was at the Albemarle Road location (behind Chick-fil-A) Drove to that location - they said my order was at the FIRST location Verified the address in Google Maps - I was right the first time Returned to the original store - STILL couldn't find my order Finally found an order number buried in my email confirmation They located the order (with my correct name on it!) but only HALF of it was ready 45 minutes had passed since I ordered The worst part: When I asked for a discount given the runaround and the delay, the cashier consulted the manager (the person who was in charge) who then completely ignored me. The manager wouldn't even speak to me initially. When she finally acknowledged me, I had to explain the situation TWICE before she reluctantly issued a credit (which, since I determined was not added to my account). In the end, I got my pizzas over an hour after ordering them. This is unacceptable customer service. The manager showed zero accountability and no interest in making things right.
