  This domino's continues to impress. I've NEVER had a bad pizza from this location and today is no different. I've been coming here for years and will continue as long as this location is open. There is a reason they have outlasted the pizza hut across the street. I even had to eat a peice in the car🤣🤣

  The worst service ever. Gave me someone else order, I had to drive all the way back to have my order replaced. I WILL NEVER do business here again!!!!

  Email 3/5/2026 no response! Good day Leah and Chris, We frequent the location at 10210 Couloak Dr - G, Charlotte, NC 28216, after living in our home for 16 years in the area. The only reason we USED this location is—was out of convenience. We left a Google review prior to now. It wasn’t good; however, rather than do that, ****I wanted to contact you and be matter of fact.**** this is my review. Service levels are is erratic and rarely excellent but I should mention those moments. A few occurrences—— On Jan 31st it had snowed—the delivery guy WAS AWESOME—Food was great. Feb 19th — Pizza was Amazing. The lady manager worked hard and made it happen. She worked fast, and she is one of the BEST employees there. My food is always GREAT with her (mature but not old woman). She is a hard worker. Her head is always down, she has a string work ethic - she is driving the team by example. When she workers it appears she only has one or two others supporting her. *** It seems every time there is an error there are at least four or five employees on site – working. Feb 27 — Pizza was terrible, like dry, burnt toast—no sauce. It went in the trash. The store never contacted me. On March 18th (reason for the review rating) my order showed as completed & picked up at 3:10 PM, which is not possible—I didn’t arrive until 3:25–3:30 PM. While the pizza looked good and was still warm, the garlic butter drizzle on the crust was missing, which we always look forward to. This is not the first time this has happened. *** it’s what we enjoy prior we just let it go. When I called the store, a young, polite employee answered, but I could hear the manager yelling in the background, telling him to say that he would not remake the pizza until I brought it back. With gas prices being what they are, that was unreasonable—but more importantly, I never even asked for a remake. **An apology would have sufficed. The manager was loud, rude, and wrong, and I clearly heard what he was saying. When I came into the store and asked to speak to him, he refused to come out, would not look up, and stayed in the back on his phone. That behavior was unprofessional and cowardly. I merely wanted to see the face behind the yelling and rudeness of the coward designated to lead and train more junior staff. Both the young man on the phone call and the young guy at the register when I returned the pizza were kind and seem very new. THEY BOTH were apologetic—which I appreciated. Your designated leader went from being on the front line making pizzas when I entered to immediately holding his cell phone while prepping dough —- when I asked, “Now who was the manager that was yelling?”—and ducking to the back until he thought I was gone. I wait and waited as he had another associate come up and look at the pizza and my receipt. I am not sure what all the scrutiny was for; after all, I had called before. ***Safe food handling --- gloves and hand washing should be impressed upon all of your associates (the manager on his phone on the front line and the guy who does the boxing/viewing the pizza I brought back in from my home). I did not see one person wash their hands at any point. I was in my car awaiting refund confirmation I returned the third time, after not receiving the email confirmation as he stated I should get immediately, the one guy(boxing guy) went into the trash to get my receipt to show me a refund was processed. I didn’t see him wash his hands afterward. That behavior was unprofessional and cowardly. The manager should have spoken not the new employee since he had so much to say. It was Cowardly. They offered a remake after we stood waiting for the jr mgr to look at the returned pizza. I demanded a refund. We once again did not receive what was paid for and were not treated with respect. Everything here depends on who is working, and because of this manager, We will not be returning. I sent this email - one like it to the District- Area Managers. Before posting this review.

  Waited almost 3 hours for a delivery order from this location. The delivery time kept increasing, so I called the store and sat on hold for about 15 minutes before someone finally answered, increasing with frustration but thought maybe they were extremely busy. The manager sounded completely uninterested and just said they only had one driver (clearly needs a refresher in simple customer service skills/customer resolution- very lackluster in my opinion and experience). Since the store is only 10 minutes away, I drove there myself to pick up the order. When I arrived, they told me the order had just left for delivery about 10 minutes earlier. I asked if my delivery tip could be refunded since I ended up driving there myself. The manager walked away without responding and left me standing at the counter. Another employee eventually told me the tip couldn’t be refunded separately and the entire order would have to be canceled, which could take 5–10 business days. To top it off, when I asked for the manager’s name, I was told they couldn’t provide it because of store policy. Delays happen, but poor customer service and zero communication shouldn’t. Waiting three hours for pizza and being treated like it didn’t matter is unacceptable. I wish I could post this hard cold pizza they had the nerve to still deliver me ugh!You think im dumb enough to eat this, for all inclusive know the manager could've called the driver to tell him to do something to it, little trust in this so called restaurant.Highly irritated. I will never order from here again
