If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever encountered at any place I've been a customer. That includes restaurants, stores....anywhere that I'm a paying customer.
On Thursday night 4/9, I placed an online order at 11:47pm after returning home from out of town. I knew it was late and I ran the risk of my order being not accepted/canceled, but I got an almost instant notification of "Order Accepted" and Peter was preparing my order. My estimated pick up time was between 11:56pm and 12:05am. I drive 10 minutes to this Dominos, in the Quail Corners Strip Center, and I arrive at 11:58 along with another gentleman who placed his order at 11:48 and received the same notifications I received. We go to the door and it's locked. At this point, we're thinking Peter has locked the doors and when our pizzas are finished, he will unlock the door and hand them to us, as we both pre-paid. We couldn't have been more wrong. We knocked on the door a few minutes later, definitely loud enough that Peter would've heard it, and he didn't even look up. He was slowly covering all of the ingredients on the line and putting them in the walk-in. I did see him at least twice look our way, but when our eyes met, he quickly looked away. We stood there for about 10 more minutes and knocked again and waved our arms, but Peter refused to look our way. Finally about 12:16am we decide to leave because it's obvious Peter wanted nothing to do with us and we were not getting the pizzas we ordered.
There are so many things wrong with this situation. Why did I receive a notification that my pizza was being made, instead of a call or text or email....something stating our order was cancelled? Why were the doors locked before closing time? But my biggest issue is the the horrendous customer service Peter provided. He obviously did not care whatsoever that we were there. How he is employed there, is beyond me. I have never in my life been treated like this.
During the time that we were waiting, I received 3 notifications from the Dominos App, 2 of them changing the pick up time and at 12:11am a notification that my pizza was in the oven, which is obviously wasn't. Then at 12:18am, minutes after I left, I get another notification stating my order is ready. Then, around 12:25am I get another notification Thanking me for my order and stating my order was completed at 11:47pm, the exact time I placed the order. But here's my favorite part - I was still charged for the pizza.
I walked away from this experience disheartened that an establishment could treat their customers this way. It would've taken such minimal effort for Peter to let us know what was going on, but instead he chose to completely ignore us and wasted 40 minutes of my night because of his lack of customer service and communication.
Update on 4/14
What a comedy this company is. They address the positive reviews long before acknowledging the negative. Store employees don't fall far from the tree.

I ordered a 2 liter, 2 medium pizzas, and cheesy bread. One of the pizza was incorrect, I called and hey said they would send the correct replacement pizza. I get a call an hour later from who is the manager and he asked me about and i told him i didn't get it, he quickly rushed me off of the phone say a replacement is coming. ANOTHER HOUR LATER, the doorbell rings and the driver is GONE and my pizza is nowhere! I called and told them I wanted a refund. The manager couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone, the employee had to leave me on hold to go back and forth to help. I waited on hold for 15 minutes & they hung up the phone while I was on hold. I am still WAITING! I will dispute this order with my bank because this is ridiculous and they hang up each time I have called
