- JAJackie A2 days ago1.0I usually have my pizzas delivered, but on Saturday, April 25, 2026, I decided to do carryout. When I arrived, I saw a horse play between two young males but didn't think much of it and picked up my food. My order was wrong and I was told my corrected order would be ready in about 25 minutes. When I returned to check on my order, I noticed both of my boxes were open on the bottom shelf near the floor, and the two young males were still horsing around. Another employee informed me that some of my food had been eaten out of the boxes. When I asked for a refund, and to speak with management one of the young men who was horsing around said he was the GM, laughed, and gave me my refund. I later found out that this was not the first incident of food tampering at this location, and this young man is not a good representative for Domino's. I am requesting further assistance with this Incident!

The driver pulled up, never got out the car and he didn’t give me my 2 liter soda that was part of the order. Driver promised to go buy the drink and return because “he forgot”. I don’t appreciate being lied to. And on top of that he received a tip. Do better!!! Tonight was for the kids. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

When I finally got the notification it was delivered my food was nowhere to be found. I have tried calling the store over 10 times and no one has answered. I am not able to receive a refund from DoorDash as they had no hand in the delivery.
