  Placed an online order for one large pizza at 9:30 pm. Received an initial delivery time for between 10:04 and 10:15 pm. After that time had come and gone checked again and was shown a new delivery time of between 10:24 and 10:39 pm. After that time had come and gone, I called the store and a gentleman said they were not taking any more orders. I explained that I had already placed an order and he still insisted that they were not taking any more orders and abruptly hung up. I called back again and explained my confusion and frustration and got hung up on again. My kids and I decided to go to bed without eating, since we were in a hotel and had been traveling all day. Finally at 11:35, I received a call from the delivery driver asking me to come to the hotel lobby to meet him for the pizza. I refused and asked to cancel my order.

  I’ll ordered my pizza at 3:30 yesterday. It was supposed to be ready at 7 o’clock. They text me around 7:15 saying it was ready when I got there. They did not get my pizza. I waited around an hour and still get my pizza. Tried to talk to the guy that was at the front door that came to the front door. He would not talk to me so I got disappointed and left wasted my time and gas to go get the pizza that I never got.

  I just had to take a moment to shout out this Domino’s location because WOW.. what a blessing in the middle of pure chaos. Yesterday, I sent my mom to pick up pizzas I ordered online for our family right after she got off work (yes… I know 😅). Turns out it was the same day as a one-day-only promotion and the parking lot was absolutely packed. People everywhere, cars everywhere = total madness. My mom was overwhelmed and definitely let me hear about it on the phone lol (yes, I got cursed out). But here’s the part that really stood out… While she was on the phone with me, clearly stressed and trying to figure everything out, an employee stepped in and completely changed her experience. Despite the pressure, the long lines, and I’m sure a ton of frustrated customers, he treated her with nothing but kindness and patience. He gave her part of the order, calmly explained that the rest would take a little longer, and then (this is what meant the most to her) he actually brought the rest of the order (my cheesy bread!) out to her car… WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE and wishing her a good night. In the middle of all that stress, that level of service and genuine kindness really touched her. She called me afterward still cursing and complaining about the chaos trying to get out of the parking lot. But she also couldn’t stop talking about how thoughtful he was and how she couldn't believe he did that in the midst of all of that. It truly made her night. Mom even said she’d go back again just because of that one employee. Honestly, that says everything. To whoever that was: thank you for showing grace under pressure and turning a stressful situation into a moment of kindness. It didn’t save me from getting cursed yet again 😂 but it definitely earned you another loyal customer in my mother and myself... and it got me future pizza runs out of moms lol We're grateful for people like you!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Domino’s location on 4/20. I placed an order at 9:00 PM Through the app the app marked my order as ready for pickup around 10:30pm. When I arrived, the store was extremely busy, and I waited in the drive-thru line for over an hour. When I finally reached the window, an employee informed me that my order had been canceled, despite the app showing it was ready for pickup. He was very polite and professional I then requested to speak with a manager, and when the manager arrived, he then aggressively stated “get out of my drive thru or I’ll call the police and threatened to call the police with out asking any questions that was the first thing he said, even though I was there to resolve the issue politely. I also asked to speak with the store owner Torah he then repeated very aggressively if you do not leave I will call the police and then stated “she’s present but she doesn’t want to speak to you”. I then asked for his name he stated he doesn’t have to give me one. I then stated is this how dominos conduct business he proceeded to say we don’t have to do what corporate does because we’re privately owned. I have video footage of this interaction, which I plan to share with corporate due to the inappropriate and aggressive behavior I experienced. I was left without my order and with no resolution. This is not consistent with the customer service standards I have come to expect from Domino’s, and I will be contacting corporate to ensure this situation is addressed. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in customer service, communication, and professionalism at this location

  Waiting almost 2 hours for pizza….. order total was 12.30 gave the girl at window 20.35 she tried giving me back the .35 and I said no I want the 8.05 and she said no it’s not any change I said it is it’s 12.30 she looked at me and said ok…. Came back with 7.95 saying that’s my change I said no that’s why I gave you 20.35 stood there looking at me for 20 seconds I said can you please get the manager and slammed the window mad at me because she didn’t know basic math…… he came to the window looking confused as well she didn’t get the manager she got another employee…..worst experience ever ….. pizza still came out like warm yall need to be ashamed of yourselves…. Yall bit off more than yall could chew
