  I posted a complaint on here months ago. And got a response from management on here saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and to email them. I went through the proper protocol that you asked and still to this day. Haven’t received a follow up email. Or anything. Being our local Dominos, I expect more courtesy then this.And I very concern with the way me and my wife was treated. My concern is these managers get on here and show good face by sending out a response and the customer never gets a response. I’m definitely owed that real response I don’t want any I mean any customer to have to get there food taken from them out of there hands door locked behind them. Over something that they were in the wrong for. Because all I did after that incident is went to another dominos and what do you know. (No ISSUES)

  Horrible experience the last 3 times I’ve ordered. They continuously cancel my order. I work for a local corporate office. We order food regularly to feed overnight employees. 2/3 occasions the total was over 60$. It was 34$ last night due to the 50% off coupon this week. I ordered at 10:30 pm and my order was cancelled because there was “no driver” I then went on my break at work and watched them deliver another order. 2 company delivery vehicles in the lot. Never got my food. Refund was a joke process I’m sure it’ll take 7 days again to get my money back. I’ve called management and they continue to hang up after requesting cancellation and they can never find the order. Don’t waste your time effort energy or money. Will never order dominos again. Horrible customer service. Overpriced. Inconsistent.

  These guys are really busting their butt! I appreciate the hardwork and i hope they get cooperate actually raises their ability to hire by paying more and supporting its stores.

  I’m not one to typically leave reviews but I placed an order through DoorDash. After an hour, the delivery continued to say “preparing your order.” I called the store multiple times asking for a status update since nothing was being updated through the app. I was told “the driver is on the way,” but not given a time frame for when they would be here. After about 20 minutes, I called back and was told they were going to call the driver and then call me back. They didn’t. So I called back about 15 minutes later. Then they told me the driver said they were nearby before eventually saying it was a DoorDash issue that they had no control over. If that had been the case all along, I wish they told me that before I waited for two hours for food they weren’t going to send me. I asked for some type of compensation for my time and they said the best they can give is a refund, which I found insufficient. If you order, you’ll probably have better luck calling or using the app, but my issue is with the lack of transparency when I called the store and spoke with the workers.

  No matter how many times I tell this location "No Oregano" on my thin crust pizza, they INSIST on putting it on there. I don't understand why that's an automatic thing for thin crusts anyway. That should be considered a topping (or option) and should need to be requested. Dried oregano does not blend well with all pizza toppings and so it shouldn't be assumed everybody wants it. I've had to change my usual order to NY style instead of the thin crust I really want because I'm sick of not getting the flavor I want, and i shouldn't have to do that. I will give some credit for our orders being right otherwise, and we did get more than necessary once when they refunded our whole order when they were out of the salad I ordered (rather than just refunding the salad). That said, I can't ignore repeated errors on a task as simple as reading the ticket and giving the customer what they've asked for. We keep coming here because it's the most complete combination of location, food my boys will eat, and cheap. Guess you get what you pay for on that last one.
