  Line is always slow and employees have no urgency. I don’t intend to contact anyone for more support - please just fix it.

  Slow service,line of twelve or more waiting to be served. No chicken or white rice. Had to ask the server to change her gloves

  I visited this location at opening. Everyone pretty much prepared to provide great service. My take out lunch order was cared for diligently snd accurately. Best of all it tasted delicious 😋

  Food is good but they put little, when I go to different locations they to off the bowl but this location they put 2/3!! although we go today at 6:20 it was light 3 people sitting inside, no body in the line.

  I had a wonderful experience at Chipotle in Waverly, thanks to Christina L. Vang and her team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It’s clear that Christina leads by example—she even took the time to personally thank me for coming in and asked how my service was, which truly stood out. My order was made exactly right and was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served with care. It’s not often you receive both great food and such genuine customer service, but this location delivers both. Highly recommend this Chipotle, and a big thank you to Christina and her team for making it such a positive experience!
