  Great food. This was only my second time ever eating at a Chipotle but it was really good. I actually ate all my food which is very rare. Plus, there was a really sweet girl that worked there who was really friendly and good at her j job!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but oh my mighty God… this was the saltiest bowl of food I’ve ever had in my life. The staff were super nice, portions were great, and the young gentleman in front of me even paid for my order - thanks man. But someone in the back was having a field day with the salt. I cannot even finish the bowl it’s so salty. Please relax on the salt, thanks.

  I live near two Chipotle locations and, because of prior experiences, I typically avoid going to this location despite it being slightly closer. I decided to try again tonight and STILL this location is consistently THE WORST location I've been to. I ordered pickup for 8:20PM and arrived to the store around 8:15PM. There were around 15 other customers already standing around waiting for their pickup orders so this was already a red flag. Then I heard the guy working at the prep counter tell someone they're only doing mobile orders but instead of communicating this to other customers who walked in, the staff would literally just ignore so the other customers and I had to tell them. The workers were all standing around and talking rudely about the customers and giving ZERO communication about what was going on. I really don't like calling anyone out specifically, but a girl with blue hair and a guy with locks were insanely rude, saying things like "I don't know they still here looking at us crazy. I don't know what they want us to do." One DoorDasher walked over and tried to show them the name on the order and without even looking the girl says "We aint got it yet" then looks at her coworker and says "he sees ain't nothing on the shelf! I don't know why he's coming over here." I stayed there until around 8:40PM and only 2 mobile orders were completed in that time, and instead of calling out the names on the orders to avoid confusion, the girl literally tossed it on the shelf and walked off, leaving all 15+ customers to walk over one-by-one to see if it was their order. It was so bad that I just contacted customer service in the parking lot to cancel the order and went to the other location on Park Rd where my food was ready as soon as I arrived. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location so I give up hope at this point. The management and the staff are a lost cause; just rude, unprofessional, and zero urgency. They need an overhaul. The prep staff has little control over ingredient supply but the least they could do is communicate what's going on. It's not the customers fault.

  This location is consistently the WORST location of Chipotle I have ever been too. They consistently are out of items. They also "conveniently" out of everything starting at around 8 so that the employees working can close the location quicker.....it's laughable. I was there tonight around 7:15 ish and they were out of ...chicken, steak, chips, white rice, veggies. When asked the status of items being refilled they responded with "no one is making more." SO .....2.5 hours prior to closing during dinner they have simply decided to stop refilling. The employees are rude, lackadaisical, and are not trained to the standards of other locations. I now will drive an additional 10-15 to another location because of how bad this location is....repeatedly.

  Worst dining experience of my life. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:10. We arrive and the food isn’t ready. That’s ok, we wait. We proceed to wait 20 minutes and at 8:30, I went up to the woman making the to go orders to ask if she sees our name to make our order. She proceeded to say she never got it and if it’s not in the system she won’t make it. When I told her that doesn’t make sense and that I have a receipt showing this location, the order number, and credit card confirmation she still refused to make my meal…when we asked if we could speak the manager she said she was the manager and her name was Tiara. Before leaving I took a look behind her monitors and saw our name on the screen. When I pointed and told her that’s our name she continued to yell “this just came in, dont blame me” and continued to cause a scene. I was mortified and left. Worst dining experience of my life.
