  The staff are so rude and attentive, pushy they don't care if the customer new or no, the customer know the menue or not, just go home next next. What kind of service is this. And also since when the the restaurant charge customer for tap water. This is so weird. Charge us for the air we breathe inside the place next time. For God's sake.

  if i could give this place zero stars i would. this was easily one of the worst chipotle experiences i’ve had. my bowl was thrown together like no one cared. the medium salsa looked questionable at best and the chips were burnt. no greeting, no acknowledgment, just straight to feeling like an inconvenience. the part that really sealed the deal was the lettuce. i asked for a fresh batch and instead of just getting it, the employee argued and tried to serve me the wilted scraps from the bottom of the pan. i checked my bowl after, and sure enough, the lettuce was already turning. if this is the standard at this location, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  As expensive and as much of a cash grab chipotle has gotten to be ON TOP of it, “THIS LOCATION” also charges for extra rice if you want any for all bowls. Ridiculous. Especially since I was getting a veggie bowl. Do not come here to this location if you are craving (expensive) chipotle and want your moneys worth. Completely disappointed and feeling mislead by corporate telling us to always ask for extra, and that meat and guacamole are the only extras with an additional charge. Greedy location.

  I was there on an odd weeknight on my way home, maybe around 10pm. Omg that place was a dump. The most disgusting part was that they clearly don’t change their gloves often bc when I went to drink my poppi it had a crusty avocado finger imprint on it 😭🤢

  I just drove an extra 15 min to go to another chipotle because i try to avoid this location at all costs. The University - North tryon location is one of best Locations for all students & for everyone who lives or work in that area. However the workers are something else. Every single time i walk in i get treated horribly with the most awful attitude, and ive given them a chance few times and every time it just gets worse. The way they handle the food is unsanitary and taste really odd... i never finished the food and i have a stomach ache after. I truly believe this location has hope! Just please remove all the workers and replace them. Let this location be our actual gathering spot with a nice atmosphere not a horrible and rude and unsanitary environment. ( i never write bad reviews but seems like im not the only one facing this issue. )
