Every time we order our food something goes wrong they always forget to add the items we need and even something simple as taking the order just comes out wrong.

- ABAsh BApr 16, 20261.0I was waiting in the drive thru to place an order. I guess the person in front of me was slow, but it was taking FOREVER! The girl in the other lane had no cars in line, did not come take my order, which is fine, but she proceeded to take the orders of the cars BEHIND ME!!!! I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. When I motioned for her to "come here", she came and I asked why did she skip me. She gave the excuse that I was next, but that still did not explain why I was skipped in the first place. She saw that I was waiting before the other people as well. That was poor customer service, and if I didn't say anything, she wouldn't have acknowledged me at all. That's will be my last time at this location. I got out of line, and had to go somewhere else, AND I was on my lunch break!
