  My experience today was extremely disappointing. The fries were excessively salty, but more concerning was the customer service. The employee, whose name I believe was Iszu, displayed one of the rudest attitudes I have ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I brought the issue forward, Jason, the manager on duty, offered little resolution. His only response was that she had just gotten out of school, which did not address the situation or excuse the poor customer service. I expected accountability, professionalism, and a willingness to correct the experience, but none of that was demonstrated. This was particularly disappointing because my family and I had just finished shopping and chose to stop here expecting the high level of service Chick-fil-A is known for. Our initial interaction with another employee was pleasant, as he kindly provided a complimentary cup of water. However, the overall experience quickly declined from there. I am very dissatisfied with how the situation was handled and the lack of meaningful action taken by the manager on duty. This experience did not reflect the standards of customer service that Chick-fil-A typically represents

  Miserable and rude employees that always seem to have attitudes. If they’re so unhappy, they should leave.

  Overhyped average chicken with a side of attitude. Ordered through the mobile order because my kid was hungry from being late at the LensCrafters in the mall at an eye appointment. Pick up window kept shouting names and I had already been waiting for 10 mins past their promised pick up time. I waited for everyone else to get their pick up orders and decided to finally ask at the counter because most likely my order was sitting somewhere. The white lady working the counter; without letting me speak even a single word pointed at the long queue and said you need to go back to the end of the queue!! I wasn’t even trying to order; simply trying to locate my pre-ordered meal which was, just as I had guessed sitting there and took them about 5 seconds to locate. Pathetic attitude! This place is over-crowded but that’s no excuse to be a jerk to your customers. To the lady at the counter, if you don’t like a job in the service industry, get another one that’s willing to tolerate you. As a Southpark resident, I would never ever recommend this place. Go somewhere else, it’s mostly getting business from all the tourists visiting the mall - that is all. I wish Chick-fil-a shuts them down and something better opens up here. It’s certainly a disgrace to what Chick-fil-a claims to stand for or maybe send these employees for a training from the Uptown location which handles crowds twice as large and still manages to do a pretty decent job.
