  They don’t do pup cups. They offered to give my dog a true biscuit from breakfast. Thumbs DOWN. In Gastonia they acknowledge the pups in the cars. Jump on board. L

  The food I received was already cold before I got to my car the nuggets were hard looked like they were cooked at lunch and left to serve for dinner. My food at other locations is always good but very disappointing in both food and slow order taker. May drive past next time and find a better location

  Tried to leave this feedback with the restaurant, but they make it impossible to actually leave any feedback. Delivered my order missing items no ability to fix it. All they did is give me credit but that still leaves everybody hungry and we don’t have time or money to place another delivery order very disappointed in what I had thought was a well run store.

  I came to this location today around 10:20am. I was already having a tough morning. I just came out of the doctor with my 15 year old. She has to get an ultrasound of her face because something is causing pain and swelling... so we are already bummed. She was hungry and she loves chic filet, so we hopped over to grab a quick breakfast before heading to a therapy appt for her. My daughter has autism and has a hard time walking because of how her legs formed growing up. The doctor allowed us to get a handicapped sticker/sign for the car so she doesnt have to walk to far. Ive had it for years. We parked in the handicapped and went inside. I completely forgot to put the handicapped sign on the window. We walked up to the counter to a very nice employee to give our order. This older man (I assume the manager), looks at me says "can you do me a favor and move your car one spot over before the cops come and ticket you." I said, "oh, im sorry, I have a tag, I just forgot to put it up." He looks at me like im lying and says "no no you have to put it out before the cops come." I was caught o off guard that this man would tell me to do that before I could order, without knowing a thing about my or my daughters situation, that I could barely get our order out to the nice employee standing there. It made me so upset. Already a very stressful morning and now judgment from the chic filet manager??? Are u kidding. If my daughter didn't love to eat there so much, I would've walked right out. So, I spent $30 for 2 breakfasts to be treated like that. This was my first time at this location and it will be my very last. People should just mind their business if you don't know what you are actually talking about! I put one star because the young lady that took my order was a sweetheart. Probably felt awkward herself.
