- STShane TurnerApr 21, 20265.0I was here during the peak of the Lunchtime rush, and to alleviate the congestion, they had two employees equipped with tablets walk along and take orders from customers waiting in line. This made the whole process of ordering much more efficient--when I reached the register all I had to do was pay and receive my order. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious--probably the best fries I've had in a long while; and the chocolate milkshake was very good. Every person with whom I interacted here was polite and helpful. Even though this is a take out-only restaurant, there are plenty of places nearby to sit and eat and not feel rushed, with choices of sitting inside or outside. I especially liked how easy it was to get here: it was only about a 5 minute walk from the main bus terminal. The only thing I really disliked is that it was a little hard to find the entrance for the plaza in which this Chick-fil-A is located--no big sign outside saying "Chick-fil-A in here." I would have missed the entrance were it not for Google Maps.

Very disappointing after this location was closed for over a year
