It's right on the busy street of South Tryon so expect traffic when entering and exiting parking lot. But who am I kidding....this is Chick-fil-A....darn near every parking lot at this franchise will look like a mini concert is going down. As far as that superior Chick-fil-A customer service that everyone is used to, this one is a tad bit less than the average. Still nowhere near the basic fast food bland customer service that were used to. But not up to the standard Chick-fil-A that we've grown to know. The food is Chick-fil-A's food so no up or down feelings there. Wait, what the heck is "up or down feelings"? Anyway. You get what you get out of Chick-fil-A so no real detailed review here but I will suggest lowering your customer service standards a tad bit. I think this location has a crowding issue around lunch time that they might not have figured out how to work smoothly, which may be a reason for drop in service during certain times. All in all, it's Chick-fil-A so give them a try. Things may be better for you. Check em out n tell em Midway sent ya!

- BJBen JonesApr 16, 20262.0The employees at the register both reeked of weed and when I asked for a #1 meal she replied with “30 nuggets and a small coke?” Which I responded, no a #1 meal. She proceeded to charge me for a 5 nugget meal. When I asked for an employee to make it correct, Chris came out and helped make it correct and asked the ladies working the register if they were ok. Chris was also the only employee walking around asking the customers if they needed anything and told every customer to have a good day. Chris deserves a raise, and some drug testing needs to happen.
