My little sister’s soccer team went in, and all the workers could do was complain about it over their walkie talkies right in front of them. This has happened multiple times after their games. Other than that food is typical standard delicious chick-fil-a.

But for some reason every single time I come here for a pick up order I watch as everyone else gets attended and not me. For some reason my bag just sits there and I have to either ask for help or a nice young lady from the register asks me if I have a pick up order. I get looked at weird i don’t think being a Hispanic male has anything to do with it but maybe the way i dress from work who knows. All I know is that this happens everytime i come here. I ordered a sandwich that, unbelievably, had no chicken in it — just the bun and toppings. Mistakes happen, I get that. But what frustrated me the most is what happened next. I went to another Chick-fil-A location to ask for help, and they refused to replace or fix the order simply because it was purchased at a different location. As a customer, I don’t see Chick-fil-A as separate, disconnected stores — I see it as one brand, one company, one standard of service. If a mistake is made under the Chick-fil-A name, the customer should not be the one paying for it. Being told “we can’t help you because you didn’t buy it here” feels like poor customer service and a lack of accountability at the brand level. For a company that prides itself on hospitality and customer experience, this was a big letdown. Forgetting to put the main item — the chicken — into a chicken sandwich is a serious quality control issue. And refusing to help a customer fix that mistake only makes it worse. I hope Chick-fil-A takes consistency, quality control, and customer service more seriously across all locations. One bad experience like this can easily turn a loyal customer away.
