  I got an order about a few days ago, It was a delivery order because I had surgery. I usually don’t use the services, but I needed to use these and I’m glad they are available. I ordered some food. It all arrived, but I am a vegetarian and I made it clear on the order and my salad had chicken and bacon bits in there so I was not able to eat my salad that I ordered and paid for. Due to me being currently House written due to my surgery I cannot leave my home or drive, therefore I called this facility a minimum of five times and I left four voicemails and I have not yet received a call back. It is almost a week or it might be a week. I am not 100% sure and I lost money and food that I could not eat. I just wished I know anybody can make mistake But I wished someone would return my call so we could’ve fixed the solution for either delivering me my correct order and at least giving me my money back. I hope that a manager will see this message and maybe we’ll return my call or any other employee and we can find a solution for the experience I had.

  Service and food always consistently good. The only issue is the mobile drive thru line. It seems they prioritize the regular drive thru line or either don't check the mobile orders often enough. Other than that hiccup, this is a great quick place to grab a bite.

  Avoid this location at all cost. Every single time I have been there the service is bad but most recently the person who took my order was drunk or on heavy drugs. She could barely stand and I repeated my order several times. After that lovely situation, I sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes and to nobody’s surprise, the order was wrong and somehow the food was cold.

  Not a fan of this location. This is my second time completing a catering order, one personally and the other for church. Both times they have not had my order ready by my pickup time causing delays for my events. The most recent time, which was personal, I arrived at 6:12pm for my 6:15pm pickup to be told that they were still working on my order. They were not busy at all. Only a few cars in the drive thru and barely anyone in the restaurant. I received my order 20 minutes after my arrival time. It was not a large order (20 boxes). I am extremely disappointed and will not be using this location again for catering.

  I feel discriminated by a young lady who is skinny, light skin and having a flawless glass looking skin. Her smile shuts quickly everytime seeing me at the drive though or bringing the food out and seeing my face. I live in the neighborhood, so I go here more than 3 times a week. She never fails to give me that attitude. It’s been happening for months. Please, after a long working day, I can’t even have a dinner nicely.
