    Mrs. Debbie is awesome! Everytime we go and she is there she just makes my heart smile. The location stays busy, ut the food is always fresh, the resturant is clean, and the service is awesome!

    This is the 1st time I have had a bad experience at a Chick fil A. Customer service was just horrible from order to pickup. I got overcharged for a breakfast scramble because they decided to charge seperately for each item. When I asked for a chicken scramble bowl combo 2x, the boy asked if it was a meatless scramble!!! I definitely will not be going to this place ever again!

    A little bit of a wait with the drive-thru today, no big deal, it's expected. But I wanted to take the time as I'm sitting in the drive-thru waiting to get my food to shout out Anna (running one of the drive-throughs) She was super kind and very friendly. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job and wanted to be there. You don't see that much anymore. I hope you get that 2nd ear piercing, girl! 🥰

    If I were rating Tracey alone, this place would have five stars. But I had to stick to three because Tracey's teammates SUCK. Went there today, even though I've heard some bad things about this location, and I have had a few bad experiences myself a long long time ago, but I decided to give it another chance (really just for proximity and convenience to buy my kids some lunch). So the first issue started off in the drive through with the girl that stood there with me while I asked questions for like 5 minutes trying to figure out the app/asking for her help, and I then realized, after paying, that she failed to scan my points. So I told a teammate when I was picking up my food and she told me I could go online I told her I didn't want to do that, bc of the complications I was having, and asked for a manager, and she brings me Seth. Instead of acknowledging the problem, Seth instead tells me that I can just go right online and do it myself and it'll only take a few minutes. I accept that and pull out of the drive-thru to check my food. Turns out my fries have the same amount as my children's kid's meals. So I go inside with just my food alone, and I am met by Tracey at the register. Tracey immediately jumped into fixing my problem. She uploaded my points right from my receipt, right there at the register, something Seth could have done but didn't do, and didn't offer (I didn't know any better because it's my first time using the app, and either way I shouldn't have had to know, it's literally their job to explain that or not even have to because they're supposed to scan your points). And she also got me a large fry even though it didn't come with my meal, for the inconvenience . So, moral of the story is, if you're going to eat here, please do it when Tracey is on staff. Because I don't know if anyone else is going to take care of you like this woman did. Seth is TRASH, so don't even go to him for help. Thanks again Tracey, for fixing my issue, and I will only dine here if you are on staff. And just found out my son's cookie is missing. It's okay, Tracey took care of that too. Thanks, Tracey!
