  Very rude and unprofessional staff. A lesson in basic customer service is needed. The young lady at the counter seemed incapable of opening her mouth and greeting me or any other guest. The worst employee however was the older lady putting together the food. She called my number and another number and placed them on the counter. I asked which one was mine and she rudely reported I don’t care, whichever, they are both the same. Beyond the level of professionalism in her tone, how was I to know that someone placed the same order as me. Very negative experience overall.

  I had the old school cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, jalapeno peppers and banana peppers added and it was excellent. Service was fast and professionally done. I'll will be back

  Got the foot long philly cheesesteak (steak) with fries. I want to try the chicken next. Was really good and great service. 02/20/26

  Rudest interaction i’ve had as a customer and as a mall employee. Waited an extended amount of time for my order and ignored only for someone to immediately get an attitude with me when i asked for my order i could see behind the counter (a mobile order). I hope they treat their actual non mall employee customers better than they treated me. Horrible experience and i will never eat at this location again.
