  I came here, and completely enjoyed my experience with Zainah. She was sweet, professional and courteous. She offered food options that were suitable to my liking, sweet but savory. I will definitely be visiting this Cava location when im in town. Thank you Cava and Zaniah!!!!

  Every experience that I go to this location in Blakeney has always been great. The manager and the staff are very nice and work their butts off especially since this is a busy location. The food is fresh and tastes very good! This is why I am a repeat customer at this location.

  Shout out to Hayden for a great experience. We came to Cava as first time guests recently and she was very welcoming and gave great recommendations. Overall had a fantastic experience and will be back!

  I placed a mobile pickup order and when I got back to work, I noticed a short hair sitting on top of a pickle in my bowl. When I lifted the pickle, there was another hair underneath it. It was clearly not mine, and honestly just disgusting. I called the store and was told they could remake the bowl, but if I wanted a refund I would have to go through online support since it was a mobile order. That’s already inconvenient, but the bigger issue was how unpleasant and unprofessional the staff sounded on the phone. The person who answered just said “hello” with no proper greeting, and then someone claiming to be the manager got on the phone and said “hello, this is the manager” without even introducing herself. It didn’t feel professional at all. Because I had a short lunch break, I had to drive all the way back for the remake. When I arrived, I still had to wait several minutes for the bowl to be made, which added even more inconvenience. I also asked for help submitting a request through the mobile app, and the employee said she didn’t know and just guessed where I might need to go. That level of uncertainty and lack of assistance was frustrating. What makes this more disappointing is that I visit this location often. Recently, there have been multiple issues: one visit they were out of chicken just 30 minutes after opening, another time they had no pita, and another visit they were out of garlic sauce. Now this experience with hair in my food and poor customer service makes it hard to want to return. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience — from food quality to professionalism to repeated inventory issues. I hope this location improves its standards.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!! I found a moth in my bowl. I called immediately to speak to a manager and i spoke with a sift lead who said she was a manager. After speaking with her she claimed that this store has been needing help and that she isn’t even from this store she’s just there to help get things back in line. Calming she has had multiple phone calls like this one and that she was glad she was there because the actual manager would have not done anything about the situation. She filled out a claim because this is a big deal but had no idea on when they would be reaching back out to me. I ordered a total of 2 meals one for myself and a friend and we had concerns about the other meal and she claimed she personally would not eat at this restaurant. I would STRONGLY advise eating els where because there are MAJOR food safety concerns at this location…
