Worst experience ever…….. waited almost 30 minutes for my order they were short handed and the woman up front taking orders skipped my already ordered food that was supposed to be picked up around decided to keep telling me it’s coming every time I asked I was dismissed with it’s coming I’ve been asked my name I say a good 15 times only one person up front making food taking orders and packing them online pick up orders was not a priority…….. I WILL NEVER REVISIT THIS LOCATION

My first visit to Cava in the Metropolitan area & great experience, largely thanks to Ms. Sonhye. She showed outstanding hospitality and had an impressive knowledge of the menu and ingredients. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I would have thought she was the general manager. Excellent customer service like that really stands out—I’ll definitely be back. I witnessed her serve four people for less than three minutes. The food temperature was amazing!

I’ve had the same disappointing experience multiple times at this location. My husband and I often come in around 9 PM, well before the posted 10 PM closing time, and the staff is already putting food away.
Each time, we’re told they’re out of several basic ingredients like cheese, corn, and vegetables—items that are normally standard. This has happened consistently, not just once or twice, which makes it feel like customers coming in later are not being fully served.
I completely understand preparing for closing, but if the restaurant is open until 10 PM, customers should still have access to the full menu (or at least most of it) until close.
This has been frustrating enough that we’ve started avoiding this location at night, which is disappointing because we actually enjoy the food. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Stopped by to get takeout lunch and there were only two people working at the time, which probably isn't enough at lunch time on a Friday. The one worker was in the kitchen the entire time. The other one was Princess and she was working hard to get the line of people served as quickly as possible. She was very efficient and even personable with that kind of stress. The line was not short! The food is always fresh here. I really like Cava food.

Am I GLAZING??? Zora needs her mix added to the menu no lie. I went there earlier this evening and I told Zora to make her order for me but with a twist as I’ve never been to a Cava before. She asked if I was comfortable was certain options to make sure it was something I would like in my bowl and I pretty much let her know I’m comfortable with everything. Come to find out she made the best bowl I’ve ever had in my life no lie…..10/10 experience would recommend this location as the workers were positive vibes all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
