  Outstanding service by Al and Shane and the entire Cava team! I arrived at busy time and they had just run out of my favorite Harissa sauce but they went above and beyond in making another batch and making sure my visit was extraordinary. The best example of customer service! Good job guys!

  CAVA is not just food — it’s an experience, and people like Jazz are exactly why. Every time I come in, Jazz sets the tone. Their energy is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind — not forced, not rushed. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience. They’re attentive, patient, and make sure everything is done right, which makes a huge difference. The food is already amazing — fresh, flavorful, and consistent — but Jazz takes it to another level. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel seen and taken care of in a quick-service setting, and they do it effortlessly. Honestly, great food will bring you in, but people like Jazz are what keep you coming back. CAVA made a great choice having them on the team.

  Legit best Cava I’ve ever been to! The employees are SO kind… especially Kay! And the food is so fresh - highly recommend!!

  The stems of Argula are too thick and long . When I tried to order steak , the steak was not available but they had very little, I took it any way , making half chicken half steak. The charge was charged for steak . It is your mistake that you are not ready , your chef has to go behind the kitchen, and the steak still in a plastic . You should have honored it . Charge the chicken price not the steak. What happened to service? I am a regular.
