Service has been bad the last 2 times I was here. When it first opened, it was great but now its bad. The place is understaffed in the evenings to the point that people leave and go to the Chipotle next door. There should not be one person preparing takeout, pickup, and online good. The food is good but the service makes me not want to come back.

I went into this location for A quick grab and go and was greeted by Tyesha. Not only was she friendly, she actually explained and showed me the Q cards for the new salmon Bowl that I asked about. I have been in other locations and I’ve asked about a specific type of bowl and never had anyone show me the Q card of what’s in the bowl. She smiled throughout the entire process. The atmosphere there is very nice and very clean. I have to admit, it was quite hot in there. Otherwise, the service was very enjoyable and I will be back at this location. Thank you Tyesha for making my experience great!

This is a great lunch destination. The bowl servings are large, the prep time on a Tuesday for lunch was quick. You have to order the sour cream pitas, DELICIOUS. Seasoned well, perfect pitas, they are a treat.

Sooooo, I will not be going to Cava, I ordered the lamb, the kid was being skimpy, like he’ll grab some with the tongs, then try to break it off, then he got this little cup and and tried to put it into the cup, but not fill the cup, then when he grabbed some more, I just said put that into the bowl instead of trying to break it up, and these people charge me eight dollars extra because I said that. I will never ever, go back to this location. If you cannot put what you grab with your tongues onto my bowl and instead for three minutes, try to break it up some head has barely any meat, you don’t need to be in a business. $25 for a bowl is ridiculous. Never again. I could’ve gone next-door to chipotle and got double what I got for what I paid for that.

Jandell really made my whole experience at Cava feel easy and enjoyable. From the moment I stepped up, he greeted me with such a genuine, welcoming vibe. He was patient while I figured out what I wanted and gave some really good suggestions that actually turned out great. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in it. My bowl was put together perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. Even with the line moving, he stayed calm, focused, and respectful the entire time. That kind of consistency does not go unnoticed.
What stood out most to me was his attention to detail and the way he treated people. He wasn’t just going through the motions—he made sure every order looked right and was made with care. It’s clear he values giving good service and making people feel comfortable. His energy added to the whole atmosphere, making it feel more positive and welcoming. Little things like that really make a difference when you’re deciding where to go eat.
