  This location is a digital kitchen, so I ordered ahead through the app, and my order was ready quickly and accurately as always. And my favorite Cava manager Matt greeted me brightly when I came inside to pick up my order. Thanks guys for always being consistently on it!

  No accommodation or empathy. I had an app issue where my order was placed for asap instead of noon like I needed it. The restaurant was not willing to accommodate. I want my money back ASAP

  Today, I picked up my lunch to go from Cava at the Carmel Commons location in Pineville, NC - part of my daily routine. I wanted to take the time to praise the manager and the staff at that location. These days, positive retail experiences are few and far between, especially when it comes to food. Not so at Cava - Carmel Commons. The food is great, the service is efficient it is done with a smile. Probably the reason I go there every day. If there were 6 stars I would give them.

  My name is Nicole, but the staff might know me as "Extra Rice" and I just had to leave a review for the amazing team at the CAVA Pineville-Matthews location! First off, I absolutely love this location.Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They really go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Even when I've called after placing an online order, they take the time to make sure everything is perfect. That level of care really stands out. And the food!!! Always fresh and so good! This has officially become my new favorite spot. My go to order is the grain bowl with extra Saffron Basmati Rice (of course!), Harissa Honey Chicken, shredded romaine, crumbled feta, and pita crisps. For dressing, I get the Balsamic Date Vinaigrette and the Greek Vinaigrette on the side so I can pour it exactly how I want. Trust me when I say it's SO good you'll love it! I also have to give a special shoutout to Matt! (not sure if it's short for Matthew, but Matt is our guy!). His customer service is excellent and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. Thank you Matt! and the whole team for always making it such a great experience And when you go... tell Matt that Nicole "Extra Rice" sent you!
