  The morning shift manager and her staff are always in a bad mood. M-F Thank you I feel I am over it by now. If it happens again I will surely email you guys back!

  Every time I come to this caribou I feel so incredibly uncomfortable even asking for something different with my drink. The orders are almost always wrong, if you DO ask for something different the staff doesn’t take kindly to it, and you get charged no matter what. The drinks are already so expensive without getting extras or even asking for light/no ice, they will still give you the same amount and then get upset at YOU for requesting the drink to be remade. I have gone to this Caribou numerous times and every time it is a terrible experience. The staff are NEVER friendly, and they talk to you like you have ruined their day by walking in. It is such a terrible feeling and it makes it harder and harder to go back. I truly hope the staff gets a lesson in customer service, as they are rude and dismissive no matter what.
