  It’s bad, very bad. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time. Service was very slow. The food quality was bad. The place was close to being empty and it still took them almost 50 minutes to get me my food, and when i got the food it was cold! The it was a very bad experience. I would say our server was nice though .

  I have never been the person to bash restaurants because I’ve worked at many and understand the struggle it can be. But this is one of the most poor examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered. I came in to pick up an online order where I was not even acknowledged for the first 20 minutes. Shortly after the first to go server returned up front took my name and forgot that she had taken it. She then picked up the phone, took an order and asked for my name again. She told me she would go to the back to check. And never returned to the front. A second to go server came up front and asked if I had been helped I did let her know that I had given my name to the first to go server but she had not checked on my order. They both went to to the back and returned with nothing. I asked for an update and server 2 laughed in my face and told me she think it’s ready and would check again. All to come back with 2 drinks and tell me that she was waiting on my wedges. I let her know I would take fries instead if that was a major reason for my hold up. She brought the food out and while I checked it to assure it was correct: the fries were cold, burger was incorrect, and wings look like they were thrown in a box and given to me. This is very poor service and disappointing to a paying customer. I will always try and understand when restaurants are busy but the restaurant was almost empty. I will not be returning to this location but hope changes are made. - order confirmed at 9:50 #10000524424**

  Completely unacceptable experience. This place claims to be pet-friendly, but that is clearly not true. I went with my 7 month old puppy, small and an emotional support dog, and we were calmly sitting in the outdoor area. There was barely anyone there. At one point, some kids ran nearby and my dog barked out of surprise something completely normal for any dog. He did NOT attack anyone and was NOT aggressive. In fact, the waitresses came over, pet him, and confirmed he was not aggressive at all. Despite that, an employee, a man around his 50s, came up yelling at me and demanding that I leave. His attitude was rude, intimidating, and completely out of line. He kept insisting multiple times and even threatened to call the police for no valid reason. Another customer nearby also pointed out how wrong and unfair he was being. On top of that, the service was extremely slow. We ordered only 15 wings and fries for my friend and I, and it took about 35 minutes even though it was already around 9:40 PM and the place was not busy. This kind of behavior and service is unacceptable. Someone like that should not be working with customers. If a place advertises itself as pet-friendly, the staff should know how to handle normal situations with animals, not react with aggression. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Terrible service, slow food, zero professionalism, and a very unpleasant experience. Finally, I want to add that I ended up having to stand up crying because of how loudly and aggressively that man was yelling at me to leave. I gathered my things, paid for our food even though it was already cold and we couldn’t even eat it properly due to the situation, and I had to leave while still being shouted at. It was an extremely uncomfortable and distressing experience that ruined what should have been a normal, peaceful meal.

  Our server was nice. However. It took a good while to get acknowledgment. Once food was ordered our appetizers came out with my partners food. My entree did not come out which was just a salad. The queso was cold. The mozzarella sticks were cold. We sat by the drinks station. It seemed as if each serve did nothing but talk about each other also seem some even serving with AirPods in.

  I've been to this location five times since moving to Charlotte six months ago so I feel like I've given it a fair shot. Three times for dinner and twice for lunch. It's close and convenient and my wife likes the wings so that brings us back. That said, I have been consistently disappointed. The facility itself has a pretty standard interior for a BWW and the outside just a recent renovation to bring signage up to their current branding. But that's about it when it comes to the positives. The service has been consistently mediocre to poor. Between seeming like an interruption to the staff of an otherwise dead establishment (I genuinely don't know how this location stays in business) and infrequent visits to the table, I just don't feel like a priority as a guest/customer. The food has yet to impress me and I've tried something different on every visit. I always leave feeling disappointed in my meal. I had to have mostly negative feedback but there is just nothing to draw me back other than location and that is quickly fading as I discover other local eateries that outshine BWW by far. It has great appeal as a nearby sports bar but the lacking clientele, meh service, and disappointing food are not enough to pull me back in. I think I'm taking this one out of rotation. Sad because B-dubs used to be a solid go to for me elsewhere in time and other cities.
