  I had a very disappointing experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings location near the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte. My order was significantly delayed, and when I finally received my food, the wings were overcooked to the point of being extremely hard and inedible. This was frustrating enough, but what made the situation worse was the complete lack of follow-up afterward. I opened a customer service case (Case #CCC8627035) and was told I would receive a response, but days later I have still not heard anything back. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but serving poor-quality food and then failing to follow up with a customer reflects poorly on the entire operation. I am still hoping for a resolution, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  Horrible experience placed online order waited 2 hours never got my food and didn’t receive a refund. The employees were no help ignoring me when I asked for help and all dressed like they just rolled out of bed. Do no go to this joke of a restaurant

  If I could give this store less stars I would. I placed an order online and still had to wait an hr once arrived for pick up. It wasn’t a large order at all: burger, mozzarella sticks, 10 count wings! That’s it. By the time i arrived back to the hotel literally across the street, my kids had fallen asleep because i had to wait so long. Please do not waste your time ordering from this location.

  Late Friday night, short staffed, only two cooks on and a busy place. The staff were trying their best to keep up with the mess of people constantly coming in for pick up orders and wanting to be seated, but seems like the manager should have been onsite. I can’t tell you the number of people I saw leave due to long wait times. My order took 40 minutes longer than the pick up order estimate and was okay, but cold. I felt bad for the staff trying to make do in such a cluster situation and having to explain over and over that they were running about 30-45 minutes behind, etc. and dealing with crabby customers.
