- BBBIGBEEFApr 8, 20262.0Came in at 630am, lights were off and 3 employees were wandering around 'working'. 2 customers ahead of me waiting to order and none of us were even acknowledged for 10 min. Employees always seem too busy to acknowledge anyone. What ever happened to a simple 'Hello, I'll be right with you." ?! Staff seem annoyed that they have to take your order.

The wait times are long, the service is not great, sometimes the food also suffers. This isn’t there fault, owner, it’s yours. Hire more staff, support your team, and make this experience better for everyone.
