I called him, and without hesitation, he replied with "How can I make it right?" He was enthusiastic and sincere about getting the order right. It was such a relief, as I hate to seem like "that customer" which he did not make me feel. It was such a relief as I have had horrible experiences with having an ordered corrected. The atmosphere here is so friendly and inviting. I am definitely a customer for life and recommend them to EVERYONE who is looking for great food, great customer service, and cool bibes
- SPSharai PoliteMar 8, 20261.0AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Extremely disappointed and concerned for public safety. During our visit, we were served bread that was visibly moldy. My child ate several pieces before the mold was discovered. The management's handling of this was unacceptable. All the manager did was remove the moldy bread from the bill—as if he expected us to pay for it in the first place!. There was no sense of urgency or genuine concern that a minor had ingested contaminated food. Being told 'I made sure the other bread was fine' does not fix the fact that we were served a health hazard. Taking a charge off a bill is not 'customer service' when the food is unsafe for human consumption. We are reporting this to the health department. This was my first time ever visiting a Brixx and I will NEVER return nor recommend this place!! Parents, please check your food twice before letting your kids eat here!!!
