  I’ve been coming to Brixx Wood Fired Pizza for about two years, and it’s clearly going downhill. The pizza has gotten noticeably thinner, and when I asked if it could be made like before, the manager’s response was basically “then it’ll just be smaller,” which felt dismissive. The ingredients also don’t taste as fresh as they used to. On top of that, service slipped today—our server barely checked in, messed up the order, and I overheard her laughing about it with a colleague.

  I just want to give a shoutout to the staff and manager for their excellent customer service. There was a bit of misunderstanding (mostly on our part) and the manager went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. He heard me out, apologized, and made the moment right. Stellar customer service in today’s world.
