- SRSalaya RobinsonMar 19, 20261.0MANAGER BRENT SUCKS! last time i went and got a small tender the size of a bouncy ball his EMPLOYEE threw two more in the box(not that i asked her to because im not going to eat that much) main reason i ordered a kids meal. NOWHERE DOES IT SPECIFY KIDS MEALS GET SMALL TENDERS. I TOLD HIM I WILL NOT ORDER KIDS MEAL IF THEY ALWAYS COME THIS SMALL. mostly bread barely meat. He didn’t even offer to fix my issue today or anything. Also he lied and said my order is a doordash first. He could have threw my box away because i’m not greedy or broke looking for free food and gave me ACTUAL TENDERS. He also had an attitude as if his life is miserable . His attire gives off LAZY and NONCHALANT. Maybe tuck in his shirt and clean that up too because overall attitude and appearance BRENT stinks. Also he’s always there almost everytime i come so maybe needs help and treated me as such . Like he’s miserable . If i go back im sending my mom or someone that would cuss him out because im just a girl in her 20’s trying to eat! now ive loss my appetite and im not hungry anymore because im so frustrated i wasted my lunch break on something that could’ve been fixed simple. Is the customer not alway right ?? what kind of customer service was that? Anyways get a new boss there or close that location at this point i don’t know just know Brent sucks! ( pic beside my drink tender totally just bread small meat inside )
