- JJJayzTemple2 days ago1.0The manager that was window was just as sweet as pie and I loved her energy for it to be early morning but the older lady that works front counter has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service. She talks to you as if she could care less about being at work. If you’re going to be that old…. and I mean olddddd then you should probably starting taking your job a little bit more serious. Catch that “job” not a “career” but I digress.

Would like to inerate, worked in the restaurant business for many years and can tell for a fact if a restaurant cycles down, business always follows. Cut costs and watch the business disappear. Seen one famous restaurant chain's stores dropping off the face of the earth left and right. Why? Is it not cost, cost, cost? Why is it not being looked at a different way, like investment, investment! There are people out there that are smart enough to take a smaller profit margin to win all the business. Do not let this awesome Bojangles get squeezed to death with costs, killing the moral of rare employees. (To find people like this at Albermarle is like diamond hunting.)
