- RRRichard RApr 11, 20261.0This used to be a good Bojangles store and worth the extra drive time since the uptown Harrisburg store went bad, about two years ago. Now, sadly, the Brookdale store has also succumbed to equally poor service. Waited at the counter 15 minutes, assured upon entry that my order would be taken in a minute, then got back in my car and tried the drive up, again waited 6 more minutes for someone to take my money. Finally gave up after about 30 minutes and went to Wendy's. BTW, there were no patrons in the dining room, and I was the only car in the drive-up. It's a shame that a brand has a good product but substandard delivery practice..........
