  Absolutely horrible service. Had dental surgery so thought I would take it easy and grab “fast” food my kid. Ordered at the drive-through got to the window and was told they didn’t have half of what I ordered, which was fine. Then I was told I had to pull up and wait for fries. Seven minutes later and my being the only customer I go into the store for one of the employees to say oh, did y’all forget about him? And then just requested a refund and David the manager asked for a receipt which I was never given and also I thought was hilarious given they forgot about me and I was literally sitting in the parking lot waiting on my food. All the employees sitting around chatting, it’s snow, surprised that they forgot that someone had paid for food and was waiting to get what they paid for.

  constantly disappointed by this bojangles. the ordering system is so out of wack but the employees also just throw together biscuits. opened my biscuit crumbling in half. it’s jus always something with this location. need new management or employees who actually care

  Ordered through DoorDash. They made the wrong order and then let me order again before telling me they’re out of what I wanted. NEVER go to this location. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Shiyanna at Bojangles for her outstanding customer service on March 21, 2026 at 8:36 PM. From the moment I approached the register, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcomed. Shiyanna was not only sweet and polite, but also very knowledgeable about the menu. She answered my questions with patience, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that my order was taken accurately. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. What stood out the most was her positive attitude and professionalism. Even during a busy time, she remained calm, attentive, and respectful. She created a pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish, which is something that can make a big difference in a customer’s day. I was so impressed with her service that I even shared my experience with her manager and let them know that I would gladly return specifically because of her. That’s how impactful her service was. Shiyanna embodies all the qualities you would hope for in a cashier—kindness, efficiency, knowledge, and excellent communication. Bojangles is fortunate to have her on their team, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Shiyanna, for your exceptional service!
