  Halleluyah Aloha! Don’t bother coming here because your money isn’t important at this location ! There’s no sense of urgency, food quality or the need to get your order correct. They’re always loud arguing lacking any motivation or attention to customer service. My first problem with them was not getting my order correct 3 weeks ago. The employee tried to tell me that I had a breast in my box when it was a thigh. He touched the chicken, broke it loose to see a thigh bone in it, and proceeded to tell me it’s a breast. Tonight I get two egg & cheese sandwiches With extra egg and cheese along with a two piece breast and wing dinner. They didn’t even bother to clean the grill before cooking the eggs and gave me a thigh & leg.

  At the drivethru on 3/17/26 around 1:00pm, the young lady working the window was wearing a shirt that said "Black Voters Matter". I was stunned. How is this ok? I'm white, but if I wore a shirt that said "White Voters Matter", I would be ripped apart and called a racist. This woman is clearly the racist. No employee anywhere, working for any company should be promoting their political narrative on the job, where customers can see it. Bad look for Bojangles and shame on this employee. And to add to the frustration, when I spoke with a manager, he did apologize, but it was very fake. He clearly did not care. He was smart-ellic, condescending and unconcerned. I'm so sick and tired of the double standard. He's obviously protecting "his own".
