  Bojangles has to change how the app works. You order it, go to the drive through which the automated tells you to drive to the window. Then the staff tells you have to park and walk in. Does not make any sense for anyone to go into the store nor does it make sense for staff to walk out with order possibly getting hit by a car It took 36 minutes to get my order after walking in. For regular biscuit combos. Same for the other 5-6 cars parked by me.

  There is no way I place an order online and still wait 20 minutes when I get here. Slow, no urgency..and its ridiculous.

  If you're picking up an order it would be best to actually talk to people instead of ignore them. There shouldn't be people walking out that want to eat the food and they call and ask for something and they get ignored.

  Very near our rental, and our first Bo's Big Box. Really good chicken, love the biscuits, and their cole slaw is great. And we also got the 'after 5pm' deal on that Big Box, about 33% off normal price.

  I love Bojangles but this location was not representative of the chain. Thr chicken looked old & overcooked & definitely tasted overcooked. Service was slow & it looked to be very understaffed. The atmosphere needed to be cleaned but there was nobody cleaning because the few people working needed to cook. I would not visit this location again.
