  I had one of the most bizarre fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this Bojangles location. When we first arrived, there was someone lying on the ground outside who clearly needed help, and later paramedics showed up to check on them. Inside wasn’t much better—another individual was acting erratically, dancing in the corner and making customers visibly uncomfortable. At one point, that same person came up toward us and somehow ended up getting food before we did… even though we never saw them place an order. That raised some serious questions about what was going on behind the counter. Meanwhile, service was painfully slow. We waited around 20 minutes for our food, which is unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be fast food. A family behind us waited so long just to have their order taken that they eventually gave up and left. It honestly felt like customers were being ignored, and the whole situation came across as disorganized at best. To be fair, the employees themselves were polite—but being nice doesn’t make up for the lack of urgency and control in the restaurant. Between the chaos, the long wait, and the uncomfortable environment, the whole experience felt surreal—like something out of a video game. Definitely not a location I’d return to.

  The food was great! But I had a problem when I asked to use the restroom. The person up front initially said he would have to open the restroom for me but for some reason changed his mind and decided to tell me that the restrooms were out of order that I couldn't use either one. The men's room had a sign on it saying it was out of order but the ladies room was obviously fine since it didn't have a sign on it. They both required a combination on a keypad to get in so It wouldn't have made a difference. I asked the person I was talking to. Where did he go to use the restroom and he was confused for a few seconds before he answered " I don't know". I guess that's the best answer he could come up with on short notice. Needless to say I was disappointed.

  First time visiting this location and probably my last. They weren't busy at all yet I simply order a 4 piece supreme and the cashier told me there would be a 5 minute wait for that. That's literally the very first I've ever had to wait that long at a Bojangles location. The cashier was very nice though. They may be short staffed but idk.

  I am so disappointed with this place. My gravy biscuit was broken up in the pieces. The gravy was watery with barely no no sausage. I also ordered a sausage biscuit that is hard on the rock. You could literally hear it Knock on wood. Also, my sausage Egg and cheese biscuit was missing egg and cheese. I've called three times no answer
