  Pissef my order was wrong this location is dysfunctional lol I knew not to stop there my fault at that I asked for a breast meal with rice and brown gravy from the manager order still wrong seriously will not come back to trade street location I knew I knew better shame on me

  Horrible customer service. I was left at the front with no workers paying any attention or attempting to communicate with me until about 10 min late.food was cold and fries were over salted. Absolutely unacceptable,

  I originally left a 5 star regarding a few workers who went above and beyond to fix the raw, pink chicken I was served one night. Well, ever since I’ve gotten that raw chicken. I haven’t been able to get bojangles at this location at all. Not because of me, but because of bojangles. After I got my raw pink chicken that was mushy and made my stomach turn after I ate it, I decided to go back to bojangles the next day to get some bo bites. There were 2 people infront of me yet I was in line for over 30 minutes before getting to the window. Worker didn’t have my order even taken. When I put my order in again he said they didn’t take it out the freezer so they aren’t serving it right now. So I just left. Next day, go back, wait in line again, and, despite using tap to pay every single time I’ve gone there, they told they don’t take tap to pay. When I asked why the manager lady shrugged and said “corporate we can’t control it”. Like that answers my question. So I didn’t have any way to pay so I just left. So, 3 times in a row I gave this bojangles location a chance but for some reason just doesn’t seem like this bojangles is somewhere you would want to go or give repeated chances. Grateful for cookout because that’s where I’ll be going from now on lol

  1st time, dont have Bojangles in Detroit...very disappointing. Tried drove thru..all AI, so irritating, went inside. Only have kiosks so navigating thru menu was frustrating. I forgot to order a drink, the actual 1st human we saw wouldn't let us order a drink thru her...we had to go back to kiosk so I went drink less. After all that, the mac n cheese was mushy and chicken an biscuits were cold. Blue berry biscuits were good tho...but I under no circumstance will be back!
